PONY PRICING

Prices shown on our website, & quoted by our staff are an indication only – Please ask for a quote prior to commencement of all our services. Foiling, Tint & Colour prices are not inclusive of a Wash & Blow-Dry / Treatment / Toner and / or Cut and Blow-Dry. Our price structure reflects Team PONY’s training, on the job experience and consistent development of our Stylists, Artists & Team.

 

PONY  PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Are reflective of our offers / discounts / promotions  via our emails, vouchers or social media platforms (@ponyhairstudio). We unfortunately do not offer discounts on Senior / Student or other valid Australian discount cards. ALL PONY promotions MUST be used within their valid time frames.

 

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required for all bookings at PONY, and you must book for the correct service, and not an alternative one to ensure enough time is applied for the service as a whole. All deposits are non – refundable, however can be transferred to another booking, OR will be HELD on your account for 12 months from your booking date.

NO appointment is confirmed without a deposit.

 

CANCELLATIONS

At PONY incur a 48 hour notice period via phone (02) 49610026, or email – NOT via our social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram.

 

APPOINTMENTS AND LATE ARRIVALS

ALL bookings at PONY are via our website, or via phone on (02) 4961 0026. All clients receive a text message via our booking system, Timely  confirming your booking 48 hours prior with a ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ confirmation. Please be sure to check ALL details of your booking are CORRECT. If you attend a booking any later than 15 minutes (even with notice) after your scheduled time, your booking will either be cancelled or less services may be provided eg; 1/2 head foils may be reduced to a Money Piece service, or an all over toner etc. This will be due to time constraints of the business, & will be at the discretion of the stylist. If the booking is to be cancelled, or rescheduled due to late arrival there will be no refund of the initial deposit.

*Notice; We are PONY HAIR STUDIO in The Junction, NSW Australia. Any bookings made at alternate salons, with similar business names will not be refunded on the customers end.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

We are a branded ShowPony Salon, using quality high grade Human Hair Weft, Halo & Tape Extensions. We do not offer a refunds on Hair Extensions once they have been applied & have left the salon. All ShowPony high grade human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, and under Australian law prohibits the return of used human hair products, unless faulty. Care instructions are provided to each client  from our stylists, and once the hair extensions have been applied, are the clients responsibility.

RE-FIT OF WEFT EXTENSIONS – We suggest a re-fit every 6 x weeks for our clients.

RE-FIT OF ALTERNATE BRANDS OF EXTENSIONS – at PONY we don’t take responsibility of other hair extension brands, as we are not completely aware of other brands.

  

BELONGINGS

Although we do take the ultimate care & precision to not damage any of our clients personal belongings including; clothing /  glasses / jewellery / handbags, phones etc – any damage will need to be reported & assessed with the business owner.

 

REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS

PONY reserve the right to rectify or correct ANY issues that you may have - that resulted with your colour / cut / extensions etc if discussed professionally with PONY within 7 days of the initial treatment date - as we do not offer refunds. If the hair has been altered by yourself, another salon or stylist etc prior to this - ALL offers of a redo are VOID and it is no longer PONYs issue to rectify.
